Meet Mike Morucci
Founder of Morucci Vacation Rentals & Owner of Morucci Realty
Mike Morucci is a builder—in every sense of the word. Raised in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, Mike’s foundation was forged in discipline, loyalty, and grit. A two-time All-American at Bloomsburg University and a 7th-round NFL draft pick by the New Orleans Saints, he learned early that true strength comes from leaning in completely—on the field, in business, and in life.
That same impeccable work ethic carried him into the world of business, where he helped launch the Geisinger Health Plan—now one of the most respected healthcare systems in the country. In 1984, he founded Morucci Realty, where he built a legacy in student housing defined by integrity, resilience, and a deep respect for the people he served.
After four decades of building homes, relationships, and community in Pennsylvania, Mike and his family moved south to St. Augustine, Florida. There, drawn in by the city’s timeless beauty and soul, he felt a new calling—to create spaces where others could experience the same sense of connection. That vision became Morucci Vacation Rentals.

A decade ago, she stepped into the family business alongside her father, Mike—a man of structure, heart, and integrity. Where he laid the foundation, Nikki now breathes fresh life into the beauty, refinement, and functionality of each property. Together, they’ve created something rare: a timeless foundation, elevated by conscious design, modern touch, and a whole lot of passion.
