Mike Morucci’s journey began in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, where he made a name for himself as a two-time All-American football player at Bloomsburg University and a 7th-round draft pick for the New Orleans Saints. His drive and leadership extended beyond the field—he was instrumental in launching the Geisinger Health Plan, one of the nation's most successful healthcare programs, and later founded Morucci Realty in 1984, becoming a respected leader in student housing.

After more than 40 years of building and managing quality rentals, Mike and his family relocated to St. Augustine, Florida. They quickly fell in love with the city’s rich history, vibrant culture, and welcoming community. That personal experience inspired the launch of Morucci Vacation Rentals—a way to share the charm of St. Augustine with visitors from around the world.

A decade ago, Nikki Morucci joined her father, Mike, in the family real estate business—and quickly became an integral part of its continued growth and evolution. As Mike’s oldest daughter, Nikki brings a deep sense of pride, purpose, and passion to the work they share.
